  2. FP’s office writes test requisition or makes appointment for Patient.
  3. Patient leaves FP’s office.
  4. Patient reports to Lab or Specialist’s Office (usually a delay).
  5. Patient sits in Waiting Room to be called for test.
  6. Patient is tested
